Definitely one of my favourite pubs in York! Medium-sized pub serving a wide selection of beers, largers and wines, similar in approach to The Maltings. The pub itself is located just off Micklegate down (a usually quite dark) St. Martins Lane. I'd recommend visiting if you're near, but it can get very busy.
