One of the many bars along Micklegate, this one backs onto Toffs and has a colourful interior. There's a kind-of beer terrace outside and upstairs, which is quite good fun. They serve a fair range of drinks, including some interesting mixes (like WKD Blue and port!). This pub changed its name in 2002, and used to be called The Falcon -- The Falcon was quite a traditional looking, wooden pub serving okay beer.
